My life’s purpose to help students move from a mediocre existence in Christ to living a life of excellence in Him. I have 2 scriptures that sums up my passion and mission for life.
John 3:30: He must increase, but I must decrease.” (ESV)
I don’t want my life to be about my life. It’s not about being the best youth pastor on the planet or to pad my resume; it is all about living my life with excellence so I glorify my Father. Anything I accomplish on my own is garbage; everything He does through me is eternal.
The second verse is what I want my legacy to be about.
God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds. So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come. (ESV)
I want to pour into the next generation and see them do things that far outlive my life. I am praying that the next generation ignites a revival that the world has never seen.
My life’s purpose to help students move from a mediocre existence in Christ to living a life of excellence in Him.
